New breakthrough prediction system
After just a little while of very rudimentary preliminary research on the subject of the original post in this thread... I can see this taking a LONG time to work out. As with all herculean tasks, some presuppositions are mandatory... the notion that ANYTHING is absolutely random must be tossed aside. If you can't shake that concept, try This article as a primer... I'm not advocating taking guru's word for it, but I'm inclined to agree with Einstein and Fenyman...Also, you need a clearly defined

A Winning Lottery System Does Exist!!
It was created by Everett Barker in Abingdon,VA in the early 90's and was used for 4 yrs winning CONSISTANTLYby hitting 3-5 numbers in the Virginia Lottery. He finally hit all 6 numbers on Jan.2,1996 winning $3 million dollars. He missed winning the jackpot in 1994 by forgetting to play his numbers no one hit that night so had he played he would have walked away with $2.5 million dollars only spending $1 (no quick-pick either)When Virginia first enacted it's Lottery Everett decided to find a way t

New breakthrough prediction system
thanks thomsol!here's what I found so far... (courtesy of wild billy gates and the staff at Microsoft...)Microsoft Visual Basic uses the linear-congruential method for pseudo-random number generation in the RND function. The following pseudo code documents the algorithm used:x1 = ( x0 * a + c ) MOD (2^24)where:x1 = new valuex0 = previous value (an initial value of 327680 is used by Visual Basic)a = 1140671485c = 12820163The 'MOD' operator in the formula above returns the integer remainder after

RL's Digit Master Pro Big Game software download.
Fair enough, I hope I didn't come off as scam artist-y. I guess I'll leave my suggestion here in the open for anyone that wishes to consider it. My suggestion is to read as much about cognitive biases as you can to avoid pitfalls in the decision-making process. As an Excel guy that loves and uses a lot of filters it's helped my playing a lot. I'm pretty sure I can't post links yet, but you can find a good list of the most common cognitive biases by Googling list of cognitive biases. The fi

All The Brains
Never let it be said that Jimmy4164 doesn't contribute ideas for system players! But has Don Catlin been awarded the coveted Pumpi Seal of Approval ? https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/218839 Since Catlin is your latest idol, try this one out at your local bowling center. Hey, maybe Bluejay will give 10 to 1 odds if you do this in 200,000 consecutive games. http://catlin.casinocitytimes.com/article/bowling-59234

All The Brains
Never let it be said that Jimmy4164 doesn't contribute ideas for system players! Here's your chance Stack47. Surely you can take this proven paradox, apply it to the lottery, and produce a winning system from two losers. http://catlin.casinocitytimes.com/article/parrondos-paradox-46851 Until a couple of years ago, if someone had asked me if it was possible to somehow combine two games with negative expectations into a game with a positive expectation, I would have told them it wasn't p

The prediction software you've been waiting for?
I still don't understand why they will spend more money trying to predict everything with the earth simulator (the Earth basically) and less on something that will predict absolutely everything, when predicting absolutely everything is more complex than the job the Earth Simulator has... They are not predicting everything , the software goal is to predict group behavior (a finite set of actions) under various civil unrest circumstances (varied, but still finite). The prediction software you've been waiting for?
The original article is an example of a sensational headline followed by little else. Groups of people respond to a given stimuli in a small finite number of ways, not millions of possible outcomes like lotto results. That is a totally different kind of unpredictable . This is why there are more computer programs that can beat a human at a complex game like chess , than at a simple game like go . The two require very different types of thinking. The professor has pulled off a nic

Protect Your System
Most lottery systems are nothing more than analyzing a data file and summarizing the results in different ways. Can such things as adding a columns of numbers and dividing their amounts to get the averages or medians be copyrighted? Predicting combinations of numbers has usually been picking numbers randomly to form combinations that have never come up or equal to some popular sums or using some wheel designs that are already in a public forum somewhere. You might be able to copyright
