His specific picks always hit if you check a week later always one or two more hit . I'm just saying that based on his free once in a blue moon posts on lotto post. I always checked those against the results the next two weeks after...always a 2 or 3 hits looking back. That happened to someone named Matt on a 500 dollar scratch off ticket winner about 3 or 4 years ago. Con artists take photos of the 3D code with their cellphones and cash in at random stores across the state. Matt did not get his money back the last he posted about it; its a good lesson if you post a winning ticket on here cover up the 3D barcode or wait until you cash the ticket in................
