no..every ticket sold is registered in ncel headquarters...when a certain level of sales of a particular number is reached the computer will not allow any more sales of that number...in other words if say 1111 had it ...it would have been a max payout for ncel...and that the computer doesnt allow...

just came from headquarters from cashing p4 tic and asked for the last two months predraws and was given the run around about trying to get them so I thought I would let ya'll know I tried. I was told I had to call and talk to security....well HELLO I AM STANDING IN THE OFFICE RIGHT NOW, so in other words I suppose they wanted to play hardball and not hand over their scheming lies and get caught with their pants down....LOL!

tennessee's computers on acid they are trippin. all a person can do is shake their head in disgust, now i read somewhere you can get your hands on the pre-draws does anyone know if this is true and how do you get them. do we have to drive up to lottery headquarters, if we could get them would it help.

So last night...I go the retailer and the machine jammed up when trying to print my free tickets...they had to call the helpdesk to get the machine going again. It was past 10pm and they still allowed me to play my numbers. I didn't think this was possible. But anyways I did NOT get my free tickets...I called the headquarters and now I have to call back tomorrow...horrilble!
