I have often heard if your foot itches it a sign you will go on strange land-maybe up to an NCEL Headquarters and cash in a large ticket or scratch off. This often happens to me (just go on strange land-never cash in anything-but one day).

Sorry to hear you missed the 1311. The other day I phoned ahead to find out what time the store closed. Got their in time to buy tickets but the guy had shut it down already. Raced to the next store and got to the head of the line, he printed the tickets then said I had to spend $20 to break my $100 bill, so I bought more junk food, lol.
