I have to think this is because they are so close to the Lottery Headquarters. Also, the fact that they can get all of these books, while no one else can, is somewhat concerning. What if the Headquarters has pulled 100k books from around the state and they are just funneling them into that 1 store? I mean, 20-30 books is one thing, but If they literally had 100k books of say, 50x at their disposal, what would be the point?

Im not a big fan of that card Red. The most a $10 $5000 a week for life pays off in a deck is $20. I know we play for big money but I like the win a little something to substain me in the meantime. I noticed a few million dollar and more prize scratchers were just recently claimed as shown on FlLottery - since Lottery offices are closed, Headquarters as well - how are the big prizes being claimed and paid ? By Overnight Mail, then a check mailed to the lucky person ? How would they handle a trust making a claim with all the extra paperwork - ?

NYS lottery got back to me and stated that all tickets that you are unable to scratch make a copy front and back and send them to the NYS Lottery headquarters and if it is a winning ticket they will pay me and if they are losing tickets they will reimburse me the amount I paid for the tickets. Either way for me it is a win-win thank you NYS Lottery
