Once again you are talking about something you do not understand. Here is 18 USC 1302 concerning mailing material concerning a lottery:Whoever knowingly deposits in the mail, or sends or delivers by mail:Any letter, package, postal card, or circular concerning any lottery, gift enterprise, or similar scheme offering prizes dependent in whole or in part upon lot or chance;Any lottery ticket or part thereof, or paper, certificate, or instrument purporting to be or to represent a ticket, chance, s

Gail Howard's Wheel Wins In New York
Quote: Originally posted by rgsc1234 on March 24, 2005HEY GAIL what about a WINDOWS based program???? I hate DOS, I got to tell you if I knew before I purchased it was DOS I would of not.... Does her DOS programs still have a (.BAS) extension on them? About 25 years ago, some one gave me a 5 disk with one of her programs written in Basic and saved using the protect feature. I read an article in BYTE magazine and figured out how to list the program. When I saw how simple it was written with n

I noticed that there had been NO repeat number in Take 5 for six drawings and it looked like the number 5 might be the best candidate for a repeat. I decided to play it as a power number last night on 40 lines. That missing 4-number hit came in for me twice ($691), along with three 3-number hits ($57) and 18 Free Plays. In addition I had one 3-number hit on a bonus ticket ($19). $767 - $40 = $727 ... and no taxes. I can deal with that. Now, on to tonight! Good luck players! p.s. Nice article

If you Google Jesse Livermore, he'll come right to the top of the page. There's a Wikipedia article about him with his picture. I never heard of him until about a week ago. I kind of accidentally stumbled upon who he was. Here's how I learned about him. Last July 4th, I went to Hollywood, Florida. (It's near Fort Lauderdale) My wife had a business trip there, so I tagged along with her. I had heard of Hollywood Florida because I followed the stock market when my wife and I first got married

Yes indeed MrsD!!! We can do it ... we just need to put to good use the many strengths we have here in this thread ... Just like what goes on in the NY Dream Team threads! As for that article, what's great about it is it gets you to shift the mind away from specific digits and focus on patterns instead. I've played patterns in the past but I had a tendency to still skew them around number biases that I developed from many years of playing a certain type of way. That's a BAD habit that has be

Wow! I didn't see that! I have the latest issue of Stat's but for whatever reason I didn't check Best Sets..... Yup, I read the article. I'm not surprised the NYL doesn't have the tapes for all of the drawings. They should have them! They probably thought nobody would ever submit a FOIL for them as far back in time as Roy did, so they threw them out. That's my guess anyway. For those that don't know, FOIL stands for Freedom Of Information Law Lotto Stat's submitted a FOIL request to the NY

are you boycotting the book or something?? No, I just never felt a need to read it. Back in the 80's, a co-worker gave me his copy of a disk with some Gail Howard software that had been written in GWBasic and saved using the protect feature that didn't allowed it to be listed. BYTE magazine had an article about how to get around that so I listed the program and found it was just a simple written program using the RNG that came with language. After that I figured her software and books couldn'
