As usual, I'll be playing C4L tonite, but yesterday I did something I hardly ever do when it come to playing the lottery. We drove over to Connecticut and while there I bought three lines of PowerBall with the PowerPlay. I'll have some New York PB tickets as well because I'm in a pool at work. When you purchase the SM promo, you get two tickets the same way as you posted it. I purchased my SM promo ticket at a NY Lottery Headquarters where the employees SHOULD know what they are doing regarding retailer mistakes and returning tickets in error.
