Just went through 19 BDB got a whopping $75 back off 3 tickets, I have realized that the $25 tickets, GRT, Jubilee, Monopoly tickets in this area just completely suck. I getting out of the mind set of thinking the lottery may have accidently sent a winning ticket into this area. So, Im going into retirement, not going to throw good money after bad, when its safe to assume the big tickets are locked up in a vault at lotto headquarters.

NC new $5 scratch off will not pay off if over $30
Here in NC we just got new $5 called EZ Grand and any single winnings over $30 has to be mailed into Raleigh the main headquarters. Has anyone heard of this in their state ? They are saying the computer is the problem. I hope the players of NC leave them on the roll and they are a flop.

I think that case involve pick 4 and those prizes have to be reported. It is more tricky with pick 3. There are camera everywhere and they know how many winning tickers are sold and where. They may flag you when you try to claim in store to keep you from cashing in so you have to go to headquarters and fill out paperworks. It is a nice problem to have though.

What a good question. I only wish we had machines in Delaware because, some retailers are such jerks therefore, I 'd prefer to use machines for everything. I know that's sounds harsh but, I'm sure some of you out there can relate to what I'm saying. I think I'll write to the lottery headquarters.Again what a good question

Actually he should send them return receipt requested or registered mail .This way someone at the lottery headquarters will have to sign for them,this proves that they made it to the lottery and the lottery can't say that they never received the tickets.

Actually the store clerk in this instance had validated the tickets and that was why I called the lottery headquarters and the clerk called from her store too and we were both told that the lottery people had not done their paper work on the roll of tickets before it left them...whatever that meant but in a couple of hours they called me and they called the clerk and told us I would be able to cash it then and I did......never had that happen before but have had one not validated before and had
