Are vendors supposed to 'tape' tickets together?
Report the store to your lottery headquarters. It is obvious tampering. A clearly visible line of tape holding sequential tickets in place, ok. But a thin piece of tape....thin enough in hopes someone would not notice? No. There are cheats and thieves all over the place. No one can tell me that this instant ticket 'racket' has not been 'decoded' by now and that it's all random.

NY Scratch-off Discussion
You should just mail your paycheck directly to the lottery headquarters, save yourself some time. Man, you realize that you'd need three $500 wins (when it's hard enough to get one), and you wouldn't even break even for the WEEK? I feel like I have some sort of responsibility as a human being to tell you that you're completely delusional and truly throwing your money away. I pray that you don't have a family to support. If I knew someone spending over $500 a day on drugs I'd say the same thin

There is No Information on the Net about scratchoffs everything is ball lotteries
pumpi, you're running out of semi-sane material...now you really are getting wild. How can there be a system for scratch-offs? You buy them, scratch them and either win or you don't. You'd have to crack the records at Lottery Headquarters or wherever they keep that info on where the big tickets are, how the winners are spread out...and I don't even KNOW what else. This isn't something I want to think about...why would you? Just buy them, hope to win, if you don't...buy some more or quit
