Can dreams reveal winning numbers (Story)
Below is an article i read a few minutes ago, and what interested me was at one point where she said fasting made her images more accurate. It's near the end of the article. Enjoy.
Every once in a while the news media reports on how a state lottery jackpot winner claimed to have seen the winning numbers in a dream. Time magazine profiled one such dreamer in December 2005, a 43-year-old Pakistani immigrant named Ihsanullah Khan, who drove a taxi cab in Washington and saw the numbers 2,4,6

Will the winner or winners of the biggest lottery jackpot in Iowa history please step forward?
Cedar Rapids residents were busy speculating Thursday on the identities of possible lucky ticket holders after the Iowa Lottery announced that a single ticket sold at a Hy-Vee grocery store there was the sole winner of a $241 million jackpot in Wednesday night's multi-state Powerball drawing. No

Surprise! Winner of $34.5M Lotto jackpot is not estranged husband
A Shelbyville man hits a $34.5 million lottery jackpot but then takes pains to hide it from his estranged wife by claiming it covertly.
It was a made-for-TV story that turned out to be too good to be true.
The wife of the purported winner of the Hoosier Lotto's latest jackpot made clear in a local TV interview last week that she wanted her share. And it even took on a legal dimension this week, when a Shelby County court entered the fray, ordering the husband not to spend a dime.
But th

Oregon Lottery doesn't allow public to comment at meetings
Some are upset over new Web site
Northwest Portland resident Bill Crane, bothered by news reports that the Oregon Lottery might be targeting youths with its planned new Internet site, The ORcade, wanted to give the commission that oversees the agency his two cents worth.
The timing was good. The Lottery Commission meets Friday morning, and Crane figured he'd drive south to Salem and sign up to talk. Problem is, the commission doesn't allow public testimony at its regular meetings, and told

Gold Rush Tripler
Hey B$Rizzle..in the stores where the winners are hanging up, can you do me a favor next time if you
remember? Could you take a look at the ticket numbers...are they randomly placed or are most of them
at the front and end of the pack.
A store I go to has a lot of tickets hanging in the window, he just recently started posting the winning
tickets of $100 and up. I noticed an awful lot of winners from 1 - 10 on the $10's and $20's and winners
from 024 to 029 on the $20's.

Retailers don't have to pay you for a winning scratch off
Nowhere did I see where the retailer did not have to honor the ticket. If this is true then the GA Lottery need to clearly state that so the GA Lottery players can make an informed decision on if they will purchase a ticket or not.

New Hampshire repeals taxes on lottery prizes
Lottery commission celebrates with Tax Repeal Tea Party
Starting Monday, New Hampshire residents no longer have to pay taxes on their lottery winnings.
The state imposed a 10 percent tax on gambling winnings over $600 in 2009, but the tax was repealed by the current Legislature under a bill going effect Monday.
Gov. John Lynch last week signed into law the bill repealing the tax, which officials said hurt the racetrack and battered lottery sales after the state enacted it two years ago
