Play The N.C. Lottery Over The Internet? It Could Happen
Maybe there's a way where there's a will. Maybe not.The casino management folks didn't want to bet several years of their lives in the slammer to find out. One of my proposals to them involved creating a Tribal On-line Casino/Lottery with central offices off-shore, maybe in Costa Rica. Fortunately, that wasn't the thrust of what we were discussing, or they'd have shown me the door before we'd discussed anything else. They believed they had a handle on what could be done, and what couldn't, with

Finally - Real ticket services
It appears to me to be a step in the right direction. But, ultimately, I'd like to see some up front, reputable corporate entity that's willing to put real names and locations go it one better and go private with a lottery venture online. Maybe Mitsubishi, Toyota or just some jackpot winner with some ready cash. Some one of the plethora of corporate entities in China, maybe, if someone better doesn't come along.Locate the headquarters in some 3rd world country where they'd be glad to buck the In

Are Secrets Really Worth Keeping?
One day .......if you work your butt off and you stick with it long enough..... you can get the odds on pick 3 down to around 50.50. Then it occurs to you........ Hey this is a crap game with crappy odds . I could have gotten those odds almost anywhere long ago........and without all the work. The REAL big break on odds is a big secret alright. It's soooo secret that we dare not say it's name. If it weren't for the 55 diimes place we would still be trying to break the odds to 50//50 The

Let's say you were lucky enough to hit for 100 grand and they decided not to pay you, what recourse would you have? Except that you could trash them to other players the play at the same site or hop a plane to Costa Rica and crack some skulls.Playing Pick 3 and Pick 4 you probably would not win 100 grand !!12 bucks

5dimes help
Interesting... I wondered if they did that. Interested in what customer service tells you about it. I wonder if they have closed off the quads in Pick 4 like the State of Georgia has done everyday...?????? As more and more of us are on the forum exchanging info .....I wondered if they would resort to protecting themselves in such a way against a landslide. Think about it ....if a hundered of us all played trips on the same day...WE could buy Costa Rica. LOL

Do you play the Lottery on-line?
LottoMike,There is no daily limit that I am aware of. They have limits on per ticket bet, usually $25 per ticket (but I doubt anyone does that) and other limits on the games like Blackjack, etc. Also the limits for the Sportsbook vary.As far as the large $9000 payout. They will put it back into the account you used to fund it with if you ask them. I use PrePaidAtm and the money goes in to that account and I can withdraw it any time and at any ATM in the United States. It works much the same

Online lotteries legal/ fair?
QWEST46 -Strange - am having private discussion about with another LP member. Only negative post I've read about them was posted more than 3 years ago. Based in Costa Rica. But they've been in business for a while, and the lottery payout percentage appears to be 90.00%. BobP is right about protection, though - non-existent. Although they accept direct credit card deposits, you'd be better served by setting up a PayPal or similar account, since there is a proposal afoot to make direct deposits fr

A Melbourne, Florida, landscaper from Costa Rica has come forward to claim his $9 million Florida Lotto jackpot. betting online and your financial outlook
Quote: Originally posted by bellyache on July 14, 2006 I voted no to the poll. I don't bet online so it really won't effect me, but that doesn't mean I want the ability to play online to be taken away. Ah those hard times, those post-Y2k survival challenges. An anecdote concerning online casinos, and what's likely to come of this legislation: A few years ago, 2003, maybe, a meth-cook named Dan Shaulis, from over in the East Mountain, whom I briefly thought was a friend (that's
