Ok people have posted wha they would buy with MM now lets do the charities this time.
I wouldn't donate to any of the charities that continually send unsolicited mail to my address, mail addressed to people who do not and perhaps never even lived here. They're wasting way too much money on poorly targeted, ineffective advertising.

Kentucky man who "coasted" into gas station on empty tank wins $1 million in lottery
Welcome to the United States of America where it is one of the only two countries on the entire planet that taxes it's citizens even when they no longer live in the country, and where advertising false lottery jackpot prizes as well as taxing lottery winners are legal/seen as normal.

Canadian woman "calls in rich" to work after winning $1 million in the lottery
Outlandish, it's false advertising many say, I can see why, so you're right, on that. barely try the rigged mega and or p=ball, where one person win (majority of the times played)in u.s.a. but, i am happy this person in canada won, awesome, a TRUE 1 mill. love it.

Ireland Lottery advertising claims under scrutiny
Who were the Einsteins that negotiated the sale of the 20-year National Lottery licence, on behalf of the Irish Government? The committee said it noted that under the terms of the lottery licence, unclaimed prize money should be used solely for the promotion of the National Lottery, with the proviso that the promotion includes the funding of special draws and additional top-up prizes; and which may include incremental marketing and advertising of the National Lottery and/or Lottery Games .

$1.725 BILLION: Powerball jackpot now 2nd-largest of all time
Most in the press have rounded that number off to $1.73 billion. If it was a normal number 1.725 should get rounded up to 1.73 if that 3rd digit is a problem. In this case it's an advertisement, and even using the annuity that nobody's going to take they aren't planning on giving anybody 1.73 billion. I don't know about actual advertising, but the websites of a few states are calling it 1.72 billion. New Jersey's website lists it as 1.7 billion. Whether any of those lower numbers are the re

$1.4 BILLION: Powerball jackpot juggernaut keeps rolling
It looks like the cash amount for tmrw is being reduced to 614 from 643. They are just being cautious. They're not being cautious. They're failing at accurately predicting sales. Higher interest rate means less cash needed to earn same amount. Higher interest rates mean the same amount of cash can buy a bigger annuity. The $1.4 billion annuity they're advertising was originally based on each dollar of cash buying $2.175 of annuity and having $643.7 million in cash. Rates have ch

$1.55 BILLION: Biggest Mega Millions jackpot ever to be drawn Tuesday
Why do so many talk about the billion jackpot amount so much? You have to win it first...I don't care if it is 1 trillion ..advertising annuity jackpot amount is part of their bag of tricks...no one gets that amount so why even mention it..advertise the cash only and leave it at that.. Winning is next to impossible given current game format. 40 rolls and we get one winner and 7 second places. Pathetic given how much money they made in 40 drawings combined. This is a bad game odds/payouts. It wil

Texas: 12/1 - 12/31/2023
Juice your mailbox is full. I wanted to give yall the heads up about talking about playing online and showing web addresses that might be considered advertising for that website. Yall may have to talk about it privately and maybe even consider deleting the message before the 20 minute time limit to edit is over. I see Lotteryguy got snipped already when he said, I play snip s and they don't let me add the Fireball.

I would stick with local charities as well or set up my own foundation. St. Jude's has a terrible reputation for not sharing scientific research with other institutions and I think they spend as much as half of their budget on advertising. Standard health/medical insurance of the parents is what is paying for the treatments. Until recently, parents of sick children were sleeping in cars since St. Jude would not help out the parents. Look it up. Give $ to Universities with promising

CA SuperLotto slow-build 6 months
CA SuperLotto Plus is idiotic. By regulation, the advertised annuity value has to increase by exactly 1 million dollars with every rollover, and the cash value is calculated from that number, regardless of sales . It works the opposite of every other annuitized jackpot lottery where sales dictate the cash value and the cash value dictates the annuity. The people who devised SLP's bizarre rollover rules probably thought it was a neat advertising strategy, but didn't realize nobody ever takes the
