A Message to the State of Alabama Congress...
what do you say if you put a: Pick3 and Pick4 lottery game in Alabama, just those 2, and you collect: 5% to 10% of the revenue...The: 50% that the state gets, you get 5% or 10% for yourself...

A Message to the State of Alabama Congress...
Utah, Arizona, Oklahoma you can do the same... you know something you can do Alabama?? Lets say that both games generate: $50 million dollars a year...you can take those: $50 million and built: $100 million dollars Costco/Jaysi Penny/Ikia Stores [and maybe hospitals] all over Alabama and other places abroad...When you least realize it, they are generating you: $500 million or $1 billion or $2 Billion dollars a year, revenue that goes to the state of Alabama...

Should Alabama Bingo players get their money back?
Alabama bingo losers sue to get their money back based on 158-year-old state law: http://blog.al.com/spotnews/2010/07/alabama_bingo_losers_want_thei.html A bingo player filed suit against two Walker County bingo halls in 2007 arguing the facilities were illegal and she was due her money back. She withdrew her suit for personal reasons. Defendants in that case filed papers in court denying the games were illegal gambling and arguing that they were not liable for patrons' losses. Since

dog racing
I used to live in GA. in the eighties. We would drive to Dothan Alabama to the dog races; all in all it was fun bettin' on the dogs, but what I remember most vividly was, one time, around the 5th race, the crowd out on the paddock, down in front, getting stirred up and ducking down, 'cause some crazy across the track decided to discharge their firearm. The incredible thing was, no one was hurt, no one ran away, and the races kept going, no big deal, didn't even make the evening news. I believ

dog racing
My feathers aren't ruffled, but I am tired. So maybe we should put this issue to rest. I don't mind discussing an issue like this, but when people disagree so strongly, it doesn't accomplish too much. Also, many of the greyhounds are later sold to become family pets. It is not as gruesome as you make it out to be. There are veterinarians that check the dogs and there are State laws to protect them as well. Greyhound racing doesn't have the purses that Thoroughbred Racing does and doesn't

Only one I've been to is Winstar, but it's been a few years. Wife and I went to see Alabama, Randy Travis was in the audience, but after he had had his stroke.? I've been thinking about going up there again, it's only about 45 minute drive. But, she's gone and I don't have the desire that much. Before we would meet friends up there.

something else you can create is a: Who wants to be a millionaire/Jeaopardy Pick3 lottery game instead of Pick5 and pick6 [if that s what you want] and the revenue goes to the state...And again: 5% to 10% goes to the Alabama Legislators who came up with the bill/pass the bill... Utah, Arizona, Oklahoma you can do the same...

Preakness - Rick G, MADDOG10, et al
Hey thanks for the help Rick. I like that 7/all - never thought of that but then again I am a novice at this. No did not grow up in Chicago - Alabama - the Bible Belt. But I have long lived in Michigan where we call it a perfecta in some circles as well. Again Rick, thanks for responding and adding a little excitement to the race today for me. PS I also like Racecar Rhapsody's stats - just don't know where I would place him so your 7/all fits in well with that.
