That does not make sense either. They allow all kinds of federally illegal drugs to be sold openly there but for some reason it's a big crime to sell lottery tickets across state lines? Massachusetts found a way to sell across state lines so it can be done. Why wouldn't they want to take in more $$$?

GA will eventually drop a big payout number, but does it really matter? Everyone has learned that once something big drops players will be punished for a few months as they will drop nothing but BS. So for all the newbies that don't know how this works, once they do drop something big, you should do your wallet a favor and keep it shut for at least several weeks if not months. I know one thing and that's many individuals part of this scam and the state are making bank and our white collar crime

I had to prove that the money I had came from my bank records and not from any drug related issues. Looks like you never heard of the Fourth and Fifth Amendments to the United States Constitution. Unless they have priors, I'm pretty sure the police are not interested in investigating someone with a stack of $20s with no evidence of a crime based on concerns of Karen the store clerk .

You work in lottery? thanks for the explanation! it's a long story. I love the PNW, OR/WA but it's very expensive and the crime is rising while the issues are just being coddled. It was frustrating to live there. But it is indeed beautiful and I miss the landscape but not the people.

Was stationed in the DC area for eight years. I can remember driving to Bolling AFB/NCIS off of I think 295. Never had any problems, though it could be construed as sketchy. This was pre-cell/road side assistance phones and if your car broke down on that spur of interstate, you could almost be guaranteed your car would be stripped. When the Army decided to close the original site of Walter Reed Army Medical Center on GA Ave NW, neighbors in the area were upset that crime would increase.
