In my opinion, Pennsylvania has consistently delivered an excellent raffle structure for the longest of any lottery in the USA. Amen to that Brother! The PA Millionaire Raffle was my fave while I lived in New York State, and I drove an hour (multiple times) over to PA to buy them! I was absolutely shocked that his name was there. The next day the report was still there but the guy's name had been deleted and it read Exempt per FS 1024 I had already Googled him the day I saw his name. (I too saw that report as did MsBee18 but it was quickly taken down).
