I know that's a lot of money to win at once but I asked the people at the lottery headquarters here about winning a lot on different tickets and what about taxes if it went over the limit and was told that each ticket was a seperate payout and you did not have to pay taxes on it unless it's one large win on one ticket.....BUT.....like you I still would go to different stores to cash them. Wow get this The terminator says he wants to look into privatizing the lottery...........the lottery officials say the revenues are dipping .................. and now the lottery commission wants to build a 60 million dollar headquarters. An investigation by Oregon State Police Lottery Security Section detectives has led to the arrest of a Springfield man who allegedly stole a winning $50,000 scratch-it ticket from the victim at a Springfield restaurant.
