I see nothing wrong with illegal immigrants claiming a lottery prize. Why? Because they pay for a shot at the jackpot just like I do. It is no different than if a person from another country purchased a winning ticket. Either way it goes Uncle Sam is the winner because all non-residential citizens are taxed at a higher rate.
