S.C. may ban illegal aliens from claiming lottery prizes
South Carolina State Rep. John Graham Altman said Friday that Fox News wants him to be a guest on Your World with Neil Cavuto on Monday to discuss his bill that would prohibit illegal aliens from collecting South Carolina lottery winnings.
The Charleston Republican filed his bill in February.
It'll have a good chance if I can get on Fox. Everybody says it's a good idea, he said.
Cavuto's hour-long live show is billed as the No. 1 business news program on cable TV. It airs at 4 p.m.

N.C. Lottery prohibits illegal aliens from collecting big prizes
The estimated 390,000 illegal aliens in North Carolina are welcome to spend money on the state's new lottery, but they may not be allowed to collect.

N.C. lottery rules require a winner of $600 or more to claim their prize at a lottery office, showing a photo identification and proof of a Social Security number. If the

If you are Illegal and play lottery shouldn't they learn the rules on collection
I'm more pissed off at people who HIRE them for cheap labor instead of hiring a tax paying citizen who actually needs a job. The last of my concerns is whether an illegal alien is going to win something with huge odds as the lottery. I'm more concerned with illegal aliens and crime or illegal aliens and cheap labor. BTW a lot of bad English in this thread. Just an observation.

3 men accused of scamming lottery winner out of $3M
The reason the States will not deny illegal aliens the prize money when they win is because they know many many more will lose their money in pursuit of the jackpot. It makes perfect sense to let a few claim their money and encourage others to play. We all know that upperclass and upper middle class gamble very little. Most illegal aliens belong to the low class.
