Predicting number patterns?
Fact is, anyone can go to the Illinois Lottery website and do a search for any of their games and it will show the complete list for any period requested. I requested a list from May 15,1989 when the name of Cash5 was changed to Little Lotto to today's date and it took less than minute to print out a page with all the results for that period. Also I learned that back in those days Rebecca Paul ran their lottery.

How do I prove my state lottery's CGNs are fixed?
I'll get back to this probably next week. I will be traveling to Wisconsin and possibly Illinois this weekend; in addition to finishing the Quantum Points PDF.

Help JADELottery
Did a count by one week, it's 376 draws per week, removing one of the Iowa-Illinois repeats. That's 1504 draws for 4 weeks. The draw count of 1596 is correct. Also, I did a year to date check out for all states up to 45 weeks and the 014 hit count is within acceptable limits. There were a total of 16,920 draws; 014 had a .0161764 probabilty of hitting 115 times, that's about 1.61794 % or 1 in 61 chance of hitting 115 times. There's no 014 anomaly, it's probably in a correction/catch-up cycle for

Pick 3 and The Upper Extreme
Actually you may need the same patience for all the states Pick 3 games. The straight 825 skipping over 10,600 games in Illinois is not really such an anomolly considering it has 13,552 games to its history: the more draws a state has the more likely the improbable is to occur. Every state with a good amount of draws behind it SHOULD or will most likely have a few numbers out past 6000 games.

chaos
pacattack05,I'd recommend that you check out Platinum membership here, because it will do a lot of the things that you need - a whole lot cheaper than systems out there for sale. Like (for example) the Inspector 3 system will take a look at ant list of Pick 3 numbers and give you a complete breakdown of their properties. CalifDude has posted some very good examples of how to use it to root out hidden numbers to play. Also, the Deflate 3 system takes any list of Pick 3 numbers and separates

help please with figuring out
Save those non winners... I believe illinois has a game for people holding non winning tickets..I'm not sure how it is played because I throw away my tickets....On the other hand , the year that I won a lot of money...I had saved bad tickets and went to some stores and collected bad tickets by the shopping bag and was able to write off like 15 ,000 bucks. Then , you only get a percentage of that back in return, the I.R.S. has funny rules. Not only do you get taxed when you win...you have to c

Pick 3, More Extreme Skips
Another large skip for Illinois recently came to an end on 5/03/06 when the straight 628 was drawn. The last time it was drawn before that was on 10/07/93, which was 8,472 consecutive games prior. The performance of the three pairs that comprise 628 within the 8,472 game skip period breaks down as follows: Front Pair 62X was drawn 75 times without joining with the digit 8 as P3.Back Pair X28 was drawn 82 times without the digit 6 as P1.Split pair 6X8 was drawn 73 times without the digit 2

Keep the old or start anew??
I'll say new to avoid skewed data. Illinois went from 5/30 to 5/39 to 5/45. For a while I tried tracking how many draws included the new higher numbers, wasn't to conclusive. Then the IL lottery went from balls to a RNG. At that point I stopped trying to track it. It is encouraging thought to see a state reduce a matrix.

Can math and logic improve chances of winning a jackpot?
I put my 20 best sets of Predicitions on the Ohio Classic Game out there for everyone to see I will be playing these 20 sets this coming Saturday when I hit Cleveland. I don't mind splitting the pot with other players, but will they play my numbers. All I can say; is that, I picked what I consider is the best combinations to play. The machines however might not agree with me. In which case, I'll pack my bags head back to ILLinois knowing that I tried............. P.S. I am still going to have

Determinism vs Randomness and Chance
In some states triples and quads are sold out almost every day so when a triple or quad is drawn, they will payout the maximum payoff allowed by their rules. I don't know how many losing days a state lottery would have to experience before closing the game if someone did actually share a winning system with thousands of other players. Like these folks who won playing 2222 ... https://www.lotterypost.com/news/223381/1844693 Illinois Pick 4 lottery winners in huge line for record payout
