Here's last night drawing for the Illinois Lotto Game my Group 300. Top 2 lines match 5 of 6.
Food for thought.

Hi all
here is a new example of my matrix to project pick 4 for tonights Illinois pick 4
9890
3419
4399
4946
I need a programmer who could write a routine to give all numbers from this type of matrix , the first set would be reading down the matrix 9,3,4,4 then 9,4,4,4 then 9,1,4,4 and so forth all are top to bottom until all of the top , second, third, fourth columns are used with each other.
I have 3 numbers out of this for tonights game 1499........4469..........2399 this

pattern checking using sums
Thanks Irondoor for the reply
that list gives way to many numbers , and I have no idea what the tier s idea means.
I am currently looking for a way to look at two matrix's and how to get the common nubers to use in pick4. example
7866.........0283
4056.........8054
1681.........8812
4228.........2475
the nubers that I get 0788....2588 etc
the routine wold need to sort to the lowest boxed order so I can then compare to numbers from using ion's pick432 and the Mdiedit

What are the Odds ??
No. Because I search for combinations of 4 of the same numbers hitting (hitting more than once) and group them into select groups

Does anyone have a chart or program to show this breakdown?
jackpotismine
Since you mentioned 5/39 and what is most popular, consider:
These are the Illinois Little Lotto (5/39) jackpots since Jan 1 2008:
47 jackpots 38 QP 25 PS
That includes shared jackpots.
So we have 80.8% of the winners having played quick picks and 53.2% of the winners having picked their own numbers.
The QP jackpots are less likely to have been shared jackpots.
I've been tracking it, hit by hit, here:

Ohio's 0-2-3
I'm still waiting for my longest-out Ohio Pick-3 number to hit: it's 0-2-3 straight and it hasn't been drawn since 01/7/1984...that's 9,890 consecutive games ago! The probability that it should have been drawn within that many games is 0.999949571, which equates to about 99.995%! That's a whole lot of games for a straight to be missing!
A straight going that far is like seeing a digit stay out in a specific position for about 94 games or like seeing a front, back, or split pair stay out for

Pick 3 and The Upper Extreme
In Illinois the number 825 last hit straight on 6/29/06. The last time it hit before that was exactly 10,684 consecutive games prior on 12/27/1987. As far as I know, this is the longest skip for a straight Pick 3 number anywhere on record. Most states don't even have this many games to their entire history yet. Breaking this extended skip down into other observations will show how it was at the upper extreme end of long-out probability.
Between the hits on 12/27/87 and 6/29/06 the fo

Pick 3/4 Meter Made Math Moves
I downloaded the Excel file and entered the data for Illinois for 10-1-15 through 10-26-15 both midday and evening for pick 3.
There isn't much data but there was definitely a gap.
Clockwise the gap was at:
position1 = gap at 3
position2 = gap at 3
position3 = gap at 5
Counter clockwise the gap was at:
position1 = gap at 3
position2 = gap at 3
position3 = gap at -5
The last draw was 10-26-16 evening = 186.
If I did this right, t
