GTECH Completes Acquisition Of Interlott Technologies, Inc.
GTECH Holdings Corporation today announced that it has completed the previously-announced acquisition of Ohio-based Interlott Technologies, Inc, a leading provider of instant ticket vending machines (ITVMs) for the lottery industry worldwide. The acquisition was approved at a special meeting of Interlott shareholders on Wednesday, September 17, 2003. The common stock of Interlott ceased trading today, September 18, 2003, and will no longer be listed on the American Stock Exchange.Interlott sha

Interlott wins Arizona lottery contract
Interlott Technologies Inc. won a bid to supply instant ticket vending machines to the Arizona Lottery.Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.Interlott said it will replace 321 of the lottery's old vending machines with its newest models. The installation process is expected to begin in October.Mason, Ohio-based Interlott is a manufacturer of dispensing machines used in the lottery and telecommunications industries.

GTECH Moves Jobs From Ohio To Rhode Island

GTECH gets Pennsylvania Lottery deal
GTECH Corp., the world's largest online lottery operator, said Monday it will provide lottery-ticket vending machines to the Pennsylvania Lottery.GTECH (NYSE:GTK), of West Greenwich, R.I., said it received an order for 2,400 instant ticket vending machines from Scientic Games Corp., which will lease the machines to the Pennsylvania Lottery.The machines will be delivered in May, GTECH said in a news release. Fla. Lottery to try vending machines... again
