Texas man charged in Iowa lottery case contests extradition
This happens more than you might realize. Especially when crooks employ high priced attorneys that argue under a particular state's legislation evidence collected would be insufficient to secure an indictment. At the end of the day, he's toast!

Multi-state Lucky for Life game comes to Kentucky
It would be nice if the state legislation would lift the 35% restrictions I did think about contacting my legislator but don't know what good it would do. I guess I'll just have to continue to play in Texas.

Restoration of America's Wire Act legislation would restrict your rights to spend your money as you please State Lottery officials from across the United States held meetings with members of Congress today in Washington, D.C., to add their voices to those of state lawmakers advocating for the federal government to continue to support states' authority to establish their own gambling policies. It Should Be Our Own Right
I feel your pain TnTicketlosers, I asked the OLC why we don't have a state lotto jackpot game and if we will be getting one in the future their response was legislation won't allow it . Then I asked about better scratch-offs games(since our highest is $5 to win $30,000-$40,000) you can guess what they said umm........ state legislation won't allow it . And they(OLC) wonder why lottery sales are down.

Bill would allow N.C. lottery winners to remain anonymous
Veteran lottery players will love this and demand their states be next in line for this legislation. Those who are obsessed with large jackpots must keep in mind the casual player is more likely to buy into the conspiracy theories. If those numbers decline, you can kiss super huge jackpots goodbye. I don't care either way. I have been playing long enough to have a plan.

Audit: Stores buying Michigan lottery tickets from players
The first time I went to AC, I wondered why anyone would build mega casinos in a slum area and 15 years later is was still the same. The hand writing was on the wall when PA passed casino gambling legislation. As you probably noticed, there is lots of casino gambling misinformation, but even though I've never been carded to play table games, it's possible. And speaking of misinformation, Before Ohio passed their casino legislation, people opened Internet caf s that were slot machines payin ...

Does your state lottery offer online tickets
Here is the reply I got Unfortunately, no. While federal legislation has exempted state lotteries from a new law restricting interstate online wagering, it is still unclear at this time how the new law will impact the sales of Lottery tickets via the Internet. Guess I will have to keep after them, seems a little silly to have everything in place and not taking advantage of it. RL

Washington State Lottery
I wish Oklahoma would get games like that $5 is our highest with a jackpot of $40,000-$50,000 no million dollar or even half/quarter prizes and they wonder why lottery sales are down. I asked the OLC why that is and they said legislation
