Virginia Lottery retailers refuse to sell tickets to draw attention to skill games amendment
Let's be crystal clear about what's happening here. The government is protecting a revenue source (the lottery). The whole thing about schools and churches is a way to achieve that goal.
Any government lottery official reading this would not be happy with me, but although I am a big supporter of the lottery, I am not a shill for the lottery.
First they tried banning skill games. That did not work, so they are now trying to limit where they can be played to the point of banning them for a

800 million dollars
One more thing and then I'm done....
An investor with 800 million dollars could invest with a Private Equity Firm. Generally PE Firms accept only Institutional Investers as Limited Partners, but they will accept money from an individual invester that is High Networth Individual. VIDEO: Is a Nevada Lottery in the cards?
New lottery bill has progressed farther than any other bill of its type in the state
By Kate Northrop
A bill proposing a Nevada lottery has passed the Assembly vote, making it the farthest a lottery bill has ever progressed in the state.
What would normally be a throwaway story about a lottery bill inevitably being shut down in a casino-ridden state has now turned heads when it passed a vote for the first time in Nevada history.
Earlier this month, the Nevada Assembly passed a bi
