Hey Winsumloosesum, here are some I know of for sure.California, Lotto-Quebec, Kansas, Delaware, Colorado, Idaho, Indiana, South Dakota, Minnesota, Missouri, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Nebraska and Wisconsin have already converted from traditional drawing machines to computers and random number generation for all or part of their on-line game drawings.I hope this helps,Bryan :)

I just saw this tonight. Here is an excerpt from a letter that I received about MO changing over to rng. Is DC gonna join HOT LOTTO, or not?
When MUSL announced they were introducing a secondary jackpot game called Hot Lotto , the press releases mentioned six states plus the DC Lottery.Over a year after Hot Lotto began, the game has yet to expand outside of Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, South Dakota, and West Virginia.Apparently there were personnel issues at the DC Lottery, which has just introduced a keno game drawn every few minutes.I still hope DC, and more MUSL states, especially Pennsylvania, decide to sell Hot L

Jeeves: Hot Lotto is sold in six of the Powerball states, and is played the same as Powerball, except on a smaller scale.Currently, Hot Lotto is played in Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, South Dakota, and West Virginia. The DC Lottery is expected to join the game this summer.
