According to my reading on the web I believe a proportional lottery pool would be acceptable to the IRS, but the burden of proof that such an agreement existed prior to the drawing is going to be on the winners. I post them 99% of the time, so just check in........It depends how many duplicate numbers fall, like on a 50 cent bet, 1234 gets you, $100, 1134 gets you $200, 1114, gets you, $600....
