Much Would You Invest?
I have to admit a couple of things with regard to this poll.
First it's a good/fair question, and I've never thought that far in advance as to how much I'd play after a $70,000 win so I really don't know what I'd do other than I'd probably keep playing like I always have. In my personal financial world, while 70K is a very nice chunk of change, its impact to our current quality of life wont be all that life changing. It'd way more than pay off a car loan and some credit card balances leaving

Which lp member did you think would best handle a major jp win ?
I was tempted to nominate myself because I want to lead a quiet life in a quiet place if I win.

I hit the jackpot today. Nothing life changing, the number for NC today was 916 so I did hit the jackpot. I also help other people hit the jackpot that is why they call me pick3 help. One of the best ways to win is to win.

thoughts on lottery syndicates
But for the life of the group, the group buys over 1,000 tickets. Then the odds of winning are about 1 in 300,000. Impossible to get those odds on any national or state game when playing as an individual and aiming to win over $1 million.

Joining a lottery club?
You can't pick annuity if you buy QP. Most winners are QP player thats why you don't see annuity among winning tickets. Personally, I always pick annuity when I buy Texas lotto. I want to win for a peaceful life for the rest of my life, not to hassle with money managers. Winners will get more than 2 million per year for next 30 years and is enough for a good life for anyone.

Florida Lottery Fantasy Five going to twice a day--will you still play?
I guess that just confirms my decision to no longer play. The jackpot prize was my sweet spot. Mentally it felt like that was a prize I could actually win. Not life changing, just life enhancing.

Whoever does win the $1.9 Billion better be packing!
At the time I wrote the original OP, the Florida Lottery Website said no one had won. Turns out someone did win, and the winner turned out to be someone who looks to be about 60, so definitely not a 20 year old young man, so he's definitely got a lot of life experience, but I can't see him having guns and shooting/drawing to protect himself. He'd be wise to pack and move and hire bodyguards to protect him.

Florida Fantasy 5 - After adding day time drawings
Nobody I know.
If and when I play PowerBall I'm playing for a second place win because the odds are 11 million to one to win 2 million. (If you buy the Power Play).
2 million would be life changing for me so I don't feel the need to focus on whatever the current jackpot might be. G5

How much do you "Owe," in this Lottery situation?
Interesting question. I always play for the cash value, which would probably be around $500 million, give or take. So, I would give him half. In this scenario, I couldn't play without his help, but if I had not bought the ticket there would not be a jackpot win. So, split the jackpot.
Besides, $250 million for each would take care of both of us for life.
