DC Lottery not paying winners during government shutdown
If you are furloughed because of the shutdown and thought maybe a DC Lottery ticket might solve your problems, you are out of luck. The DC Lottery announced Friday that they would not be paying out any winning lottery tickets until after the shutdown is over.
