The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery experienced an outage Friday, July 21, which affected the sale of draw game tickets. The outage began after a work crew severed two fiber lines near the North Shore Business Park in Little Rock. Arkansas lottery players now can buy tickets with debit cards
Starting this summer, retailers selling tickets for the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery will be authorized to accept payment by debit cards, thanks to a new law that zipped through the Legislature in 23 days with little fanfare.
