For $10, the Oregon Lottery says the odds of becoming a millionaire will be better than than the average lottery ticket. Worker accused of stealing winning Oregon lottery ticket
An investigation by Oregon State Police Lottery Security Section detectives has led to the arrest of a Springfield man who allegedly stole a winning $50,000 scratch-it ticket from the victim at a Springfield restaurant. Oregon Lottery signs 7-year contract with GTECH
A Rhode Island lottery technology firm has inked a seven-year extension with the state of Oregon, which will include upgraded systems and ongoing services. Oregon waitress gets four years in lottery heist
A 33-year-old Beaverton, Oregon, waitress was sentenced to four years in prison today for robbing a lottery outlet and hitting the clerk over the head with a whiskey bottle. Angela Marie Kotoff pleaded guilty to second-degree robbery. As part of a plea deal, the case was removed from Measure 11 sentencing and charges of second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon were dropped.
