Penn. Woman Admits Guilt in Lottery Scam
A woman in Scranton, Pennsylvania admitted she's guilty of running a lottery scam out of a convenient store.Angel Ziegler worked at the Kwik and E-Z Kwik Mart on North Sdventh Avenue. It was there that she and four others allegedly stole instant lottery tickets back in February.Investigators said they cashed in the winning ones and tossed the losers.The group is accused of stealing more than $62,000 worth of tickets.Ziegler has been ordered to pay $30,000 restitution.
