Hoosier Lotto Will Be Won on August 11 ...
Someday, some congressman's wife will overspend her allowance on lottery tickets, and she'll go crying to hubby because she didn't win. Then, and only then, there will be a congressional investigation into our hopelessly corrupt state government. Something like this actually happened with the Publishers' Clearing House, years ago. People went to Congress crying complaining about all the money they spent on those magazine subscriptions, thinking (or claiming they thought) it would increase t

07-07-07 is coming!
Looking to see if 777 hit in the Pick 3. Last year 711 hit on 7-11-06 and people had bet it hard here. If it would hit again this year, I'd start lobbying for a Federal investigation !

Blog poll
I don't understand this poll. I've written lots of things in my many years online that I would like to disappear forever and wish I could undo and clean up my past as well. For example, I would like to go back and buy tech stocks in 1987 and sell them in March 2000. The past is the past. Unless someone is under Federal Investigation, I don't know why he or she would be so concerned about cleaning up a blog history. In that case, I would change my identity and move to Cartagena.

a town without pity open letter local rags
People who think they should have won a large lottery prize in spite of the fact that they can't even prove they even bought the ticket are not unique. Lotteries commissions in every state get many such claims every year. Here in Ohio some have gone as far as to file a police report and after a full investigation, the kindest thing that could be said about them is they were mistaken. Lorramil, lottery prizes aren't rewarded based on need, you have to have the winning ticket and posting a bunc

Time to complain to the Delaware Lottery
Since you live in Dover I would pay them a personal visit and file a written complaint, and carbon copy it to the state treasurer. I'm not kidding. If you really want to get them going, question the integrity of the drawing system and send it to the attorney general's office as well. If you do that though, be prepared to take it to the next level if they open an investigation. I personally do question the drawings, and thus do not play anything other than Powerball.

Store Managers playing sscratch offs
So many people have claimed that a store knows which scratch-off tickets are winners and which are not, but the clerks I ask say that's not true. I have absolutely no idea. However, if you believe this woman is committing an act of fraud or theft, then by all means report her. You can probably do this anonymously, although you will need some kind of proof, which is important any time you file an accusation. If you feel strongly that she is cheating, there might be an investigation into the matte

Hoosier Lottery Does It Again
Again, we were thrown out of the federal building in Indianapolis last April. Evidence in hand, we went there to speak with an FBI agent, on the advice of another agent, who told us they accept walk-ins.I can assure you, they do not.The FBI is composed of rude, nasty people who have hearing problems. I'm guessing at that last part, but it seems obvious, since they didn't want to hear anything LosingJeff and I had to say. First off, we were accosted by their Jabba-esque receptionist, who insisted

Club Keno Scam!!
deedee, crazy things happen in Michigan. I and a few others have actually seen them call the numbers out before they come up the tube in the Pick3 4 lottery. There are others on here that have seen the live' drawing and are aware. I was hoping someone had a TIVO to record the draws. When I wrote the Michigan lottery that Mr. Wood called out the number before it was up the tube, they said the Gary Peters, the lottery commissioner looked at the tape of that drawing and it did not occur. Well

Rosa Parks dead
LOL....I do agree with most of what you're saying,,,however I did watch the news people having to bleep some of what the mayor was saying on the air, live, because of his frustration of not getting help from the upper crust.I was watching it live, and it went on for a good portion of that day. Or was that all an act?Who knows....Also people.....beware....It was on the news that a lot of car dealers were trying to sell thousands and thousands of new cars that had water damage, from that area, to
