Finally some where else won. And the cry baby from california is being a whiner about it. Missouri didn't win right after a previous win ( no investigation needed), they won earlier this year march 22 to be exact. When a place wins two or more times in a row with no other state winning in between ( this is when an investigation is needed ) , then that is where the problem lies.

The Clerk had NO idea that the Lottery Player, was really an Undercover Lottery Investigation Staff Member until the Lottery came forward and admitted it was a Sting Operation.
