can i get a witness......
Good question, Sir Metro! Usually that is the rule. So my answer would be absolutely not. I mean, what if your numbers finally came up that night? I think there would be an investigation if a witness to a drawing won $15 million. (which I plan to do in the comfort of my home Sat)

Doubt Quick Picks?
If most of the winning numbers came from any other source than QPs, there would be an investigation as there was when all those folks got 5of5 on their PB ticket using the fortune cookie numbers. QPs cover all the possible combinations while systems and personal numbers only cover a few.

what poster do you enjoy reading on lottery post?
Mike, the chihuahua races have been temporarily suspended. There is an ongoing investigation of widespread steroid use. Officials knew something funny was going on when the little dogs started bulking up to the size of cats.

Hoosier Lottery Email response
Call an attorney and ask...that's what they get paid the big bucks for....we also know that most first time offenders get slaps on the wrist....this is not a serious crime....Also the only way a DA will know if you got any tickets in the mail..is if you TOLD on YOURSELF...now that is silly..or unless you are are on some sort of watch list or are under investigation for something else...

Those who win a lottery
Yeah... I heard about that a week ago. I forget what state, but they did an investigation on him and it turned out that there was nothing illegal happening. He claimed it was just luck.I've heard about a couple of people who've won the jacpot twice, some years ago. Talk about luck!

How to Steal a Billion Dollars...
LOTTOMIKE:Again, we appreciate your support, but it's not a matter of giving up; we've exhausted all of our resources. The press will no longer give us an audience. Our legislators stopped speaking to us after they were satisfied we had no knowledge of the scratch-off ticket scandal (before it went public).People who work for the police agency (Marion County Prosecutor's office) charged with the investigation are quitting and going to work for the Hoosier Lottery.Lottery revenues are being shovele

Last night after I posted this finding here, I also sent a e-mail to the hoosier lottery asking why.I then did some more research and sent the Indianapolis Star a e-mail with all my finding.Hope to shake a investigation up on this problem.

lets expose the indiana lottery
GoArmy, that was a good example to show. I am amazed at those figures. The more I hear about the IN lottery, I think a thorough investigation would be in order as LOTTOMIKE suggested. If they were caught corrupting once, it's probably an ongoing practice in all of their games.

Online lotteries in Brazil
Yes, as soon as I became aware of WGI's business model (pyramid scheme), I did become highly prejudiced against them. That's the way I am about all scammers, big or small. Then I received additional information from a Lottery Post member who has been in an investigation of the company for some time.I guess the fact that a company gets indicted by governments around the world doesn't even have you suspicious; you need a conviction before you'll even question the company. That is rather myopic
