Rigged? MO Pick 4 Multiple Repeats
Seems like something fishy is going on with MO Lottery Pick 4. Over the last severaL moths there have been almost no double/double (2424) combinations drawn. Additionally we've seen an increase in repeat number combinations (same numbers drawn in different order). The most alarming thing was 2/3 eveing draw came in 4693. I was just thinking about the People who failed the Undercover Lottery Investigation allowing themselves to be filmed whereas some failed ones didn't show up on Camera. Has anyone ever received a winning lottery check at their job?
In my other thread, I mentioned how cop who was in on a undercover lottery investigation told a Clerk who claimed the winning ticket was a loser and then tried to claim it for herself that the winning check was ready and he'd give it to her at her job. Of course, he was helping to set up her arrest. Has anyone actually gotten a winning check given to them at their job?

Chris Hansen did an investigation and SEVEN Lottery Clerks That episode of Dateline NBC aired ten years ago today. I believe there was LP News item about it too. And ticket scanners were in every store long before that and so were state lottery sites and Lottery Post. You may be confusing players too lazy to check their tickets.

Hmm. Someone showed his LOW LIFE Roommate his Winning Ticket worth like 10 Million, and the LOW LIFE Roommate STOLE the ticket for himself and went to Lottery Office to claim it. They asked him where he bought this ticket from and.... His answers made no sense.
