We must lobby against pre-tests, it is hurting our odds. How many winning numbers went invalid because of this pre-tests? Must be a lot. This is unacceptable. 9 pre-tests is simply pure fraud. That's 9 potential tickets being scrapped, they are making sure scrape any chance of someone winning. That's like pulling out a winner and telling the person who holds the ticket that it was just a joke and that they have to do a re-test. How many times is testing acceptable? So let me guess, they conducted pre-tests which cause them post/produce the results so late, causing millions of people loose because THEY aren't satisfied with the first few numbers the machine produced? Isn't that fraud? How much pre-tests are acceptable, until they eliminate all of the numbers whom they think people would have fairly won off, or just until they get the gut feeling that they've sunk low enough? Remember last month when I went ballistic because I said there was noway in helll that 9's can go missing that long....and there they were in the pre-draws...this is a clear indication of FRAUD plain and simple... Heres how it works technics check this out: they hold back certain digits(9) then the computer terminals pump out alot of 9's as quick picks...if you have a 9 as a quick pick youre a sure loser..

Hey there Vison-D you didn't notice! Notice what you ask? I also went into the site,(just to see) clicked on Virginia and up poped a winning ticket. Fantastic, but isn't there a law against fraud? Check the printing out, the ticket is real even with the normal blurred computer print but when you get to the date number it's crystal clear, wrong, dah, I just got off the boat. Plus the check is dated April 15,2003. Can someone tell me what I'm missing????????? I'd sure like to know after seei

Loosechange nice win on the scratch off.............just wanted to mention though if you scratch off that 3D code down in the lower right and post it try to make sure you cash it first............a few years ago someone on here posted a 500 dollar winner and someone used their phone to take a picture of that 3D barcode down below and claimed the prize and the poster never did get the 500............... sidenote the new tickets tend to well; the first book of each new scratch off Here

Hmmmm. This leads to 1 conclusion only. We loose when NYL needs money which mean it is not a game of chance but fraud. This is a brilliant way to fund education and other institutions, I guess.
