For various reasons our memories can be very selective. Oregon had the PB record for about a year, and the big jackpots are easier to remember since there aren't as many of them. Pennsylvania has a population of about 12.5 million. The only other PB states with even half as many people are Indiana and North Carolina, and the latter has only been a PB state for a short time. The biggest problem with Lucky for Life is that Pennsylvania is a state with a large population of senior citizens, with a rapidly leaving population of younger people. Pennsylvania's economy is tanking. I am among the so-called brain drain and do not regret it at all. Pennsylvania has two for life scratch-off games, a $2 and a $10 version. These games are probably sufficient, however, if PA wants to have a for-life jackpot drawing, they should join up with the Win for Life game in GA/KY

Personally, of course, I believe Mix Match will be a better game if for no other reason than that winners won't have to receive periodic annuity payments. I would know to make sure that I would get the winning numbers in the order they are drawn. But I am concerned that at least some media will still post the numbers in ascending order instead of how they are drawn, and that not all players will be fully aware that the order matters. In Pennsylvania, there has been at least 1 prize that was claimed by a trust. Andrew Santana, attorney for the Emerald Legacy trust claimed a Powerball jackpot in April 2018. AFAIK, the trustee has never been disclosed.
