Winning Florida ticket found in Pennsylvania - How can I cash it?
Its only a $4 winner and unlike Pennsylvania I am not aware of any convenient way of confirming it is a winner not already cashed. What I do know is that it is an unsigned $1 Heads or Tails ticket which I understand is still being sold in Florida. Any help would be appreciated regarding: 1. Is there a phone app available from Florida to confirm its an uncashed winner? 2. Short of visiting Florida - not likely anytime soon - how can I cash a $4 winner?
