Powerball, what if........
What if there are no 4+1 winners? Does it roll down to 4, then 3+1? Although most likely impossible, could it go all the way down to being shared by those who just match the powerball?Example: 1 Pennsylvania players matched 5 of 5 and the Power Ball; next estimated jackpot $340,000,000.000 Pennsylvania players matched 5 of 5, each receiving $200,000.00 0 Pennsylvania players matched 4 of 5 and the Power Ball, each receiving $10,000.00 0 Pennsylvania players matched 4 of 5, each receiving $100.00

New governor in Pennsylvania
As you may know, Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Ridge has taken a newly-created position in the Bush cabinet resulting from the Sept 11 attacks on the US. Pennsylvania Lottery
Wow it amazes me how the pennsylvania operates i call them bernie madoffs. The treasure hunt is the most fixed game in the history of the lottery with no live drawings.Clearly it is fixed like it just came out the mechanics shop.Im moving to a diffrent state i wonder if lotteries false advertise jackpots to attract people when the income isnt coming in.Like how vegas advertise the casinos at night time.Clearly its fixed im tired of the pennsylvania lottery and these scum bags clearly i can care l

Lottery Taxes state/local - Out of state
Rlevins, Let me make sure I understand your question. Rlevins, you are a New Jersey state resident. New Jersey state residents and non-residents do not have to pay taxes on New Jersey Lottery winnings. You bought a lottery ticket in Pennsylvania that won. Pennsylvania state residents and non-residents do not have to pay taxes on Pennsylvania Lottery winnings. Does a New Jersey state resident have to pay state taxes (New Jersey) on the out of state lottery winning (Pennsylvania Lottery winnings)?
