That is certainly big time fraud. Thanks for doing this, and give updates on your quest to get justice.

Lost scratch off ticket did they know whether it is a winner or not
Yep, that's the rub isn't it. Scratch-offs are much more complicated and rife with fraud possibilities compared to regular draw lottery games. Yes, *someone* knows A: where the winners are in the books of tickets, and *someone* knows B: where the books of tickets went. But who and how many knows both A and B? Maybe just one person or none? You figure that someone at the ticket manufacturer Scientific Games corp knows A. And also gives that master list of scratch ticket serial numbers (visi

(Fraud) Examine Scratchers for removed latex
Be sure to closely examine your Scratchers when you buy them. You should look for any pinned areas. If its pinned, it is likely the Scratcher is a loser. The area pinned may not be obvious unless you look very closely. Make sure the clerk or owner pulls Scratchers from the dispenser and not some side drawer or pile. Make sure the Scratchers are in sequence if buying the same game. If you leave the store and don't notice the pinning until later, preserve the Scratcher as evidence. Report any such

Can lottery organizations control the location of jackpot winning tickets?
Response to good info from mrcraft in JWBlue's double-post in other thread: https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/250725/3401688 ... there are many layers of checks and balances to ensure integrity of its scratchers, and in order to perpetuate fraud (e.g., sending your friends to buy entire rolls of tickets at specific retailers to win top prizes) you need at least 6 people from the gaming company and lottery office participating in the conspiracy to pull it off. And yeah, that famous inci

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
EXACTLY!! Their own guidelines don t discuss watching them! They are audited by state attorneys generals office I believe but what we discuss here has never been brought up and it is a VERY VALID concern that the lottery has no accountability for its own games or is misleading players(which if a private business did this it would be considered fraud since the odds on the game would change...)

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
Potentially avoid Raceway on McIntosh Rd off I4 in Dover. Bought two Legacy GR losers. Before I scratched, I noticed that there was a very tiny scratch on both the tickets within the bar code region. Not sure if two tickets is really proof of fraud or not but, perhaps I may email Fla Lottery.

NYS Lottery commits fraud in sales of Scratch off game
After an investigation into the NYS Lottery division's practices of how the conduct their sales of Scratch offs I have no choice but to conclude that NYS Lottery conducted an all out attempt to prevent the final top prize of Game 596 1 million dollars a year for life scratch off from being claimed. I lay out the conclusions and facts as I have found them. I have called and/or visited over 2000 retailers throughout NYS with dates and times and retailers names and was told that as far back

Georgia Lottery Scratch Offs
Is that how they do it ??? That seems unfair. A bit of false advertising and fraud thrown together. I just thought they printed way more than they should, drowning out all of the big prizes just to make it seem like you gou LUCKY when you finally do hit something big.

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
I read an article where they interviewed a former lottery security official from a large state (didn't disclose which state). They were discussing fraud and who knows where actual winning tickets are being sold and when. He mentioned that there are many layers of checks and balances to ensure integrity of its scratchers, and in order to perpetuate fraud (e.g., sending your friends to buy entire rolls of tickets at specific retailers to win top prizes) you need at least 6 people from the gaming c

Post your scratch ticket results
I'm stopping, possibly for good. Got the last 9 tickets on the $500 Frenzy game and one winner on #056 for $10. The randomization is ridiculous! I doubt the odds are really what they say. I'd be a lot happier not giving anything to this fraud that is the PA Lottery. Bye all - it's been fun talking if not playing.
