I agree, good job on reporting the store. I don't think there is anything else you can do. Since you already reported that place and they are already under investigation, I would just avoid going to that store for lottery tickets. I would also tell your friends and family to avoid that store as well. However, if you really want to get things going faster, maybe you could go to you local news station and tell them what happened. Who knows maybe they would investigate.

These types of investigations can take a while to complete. If it were me, I would contact all of the local TV news stations and tell them what happened. I would approach it as you have a valid winning lottery ticket that the lottery is refusing to pay because they say someone claimed the money without having the ticket in hand. NYS Lottery is especially suspect because they're the ones that refused to cooperate with a Dateline investigation into corruption. Why would they be against that????
