PA's $50 ticket coming 12/27-12/28
We can average together for Pennsylvania the 4th, 5th and 6th highest prizes, and come to some conclusion of what prizes might still be out there. I wish we could take it down to the lowest prize available like in MD, but from what I have (and these will update again tomorrow), I have the following:
For the $5 Million Money Maker, I have 67.81% of the tickets remaining, meaning 32.19% have sold.

Winning Florida ticket found in Pennsylvania - How can I cash it?
Thanks for the responses. Florida Lottery sent me my check for $4.
Now I am up to four States where I have cashed winning tickets mistakenly thrown away by their purchasers: Florida, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

Sorry to hear man. Sounds like the lotto tickets in Pennsylvania are just as bad as Florida's.
I am considering moving to Philly to go to Grad school at UPenn, and was also looking forward to trying some new scratch offs. What was the prize distribution for these raffle tickets? Were there a bunch of $500 prizes, or was it scattered in a prize range with several million dollar winners?

Is there an attorney willing to look into this case/matter NYS lottery Do we have a case?
not a lawyer but like the way Pennsylvania handles this at least when it comes to transferring ownership - before any store is sold they must sell through all their existing scratch off inventory - happened when i was down there about a year ago and they had almost no scratch offs left and they said they were selling the store so they have to sell off their inventory before the new owner can take over
still think the answer is no but would like an actual lawyer to comment

Georgia Lottery Scratch Offs
Man this is depressing! I go away for days even weeks without checking the boards thinking I would have plenty of stories to read and photos of winners to see but not happening. I have cut way back playing only about once every two weeks. When I do play I end up losing about $100. I have played about 5-6 of the new 21st anniversary tickets and have only gotten a $30 winner. I played a few more $30 tickets but never hit anything. I will soon quit all together. It feels like we are getting like th

I read a lot of complaints with high denomination games from other states too, in other threads here (e.g., Pennsylvania, Florida, Georgia, etc.). I recall reading a $30 game had a gap of 13 straight losers.
It looks like Massachusetts is the state lottery to study and learn from (are you listening California?).

Pennsylvania Tickets M.I.A.
after a quick search of winners on the pa website for winning tickets
over $1,000 broken down by county, I gave up after seeing Chester county
only listed 3 times on the first 8 pages of winners.
No wonder I cant find any good ones in my county! There are none to be had!
Pa and their bs yet again screwing a whole county. If you want to see for your self
Check the instant winners for march of this year. Other counties listed multiple times
on the same page but not chest

This weekend I tried to play less because I played more than I should have last weekend. I had a small win off a $3 ticket which was $20 but I had bought 5 to get it which still isn't too bad. I was out of town in Pennsylvania and I bought a Double Shot Coffee ticket and a Wild Number Bingo ticket. I lost on the Coffee ticket and it was difficult to scratch which I thought was strange and I didn't think it smelled like coffee as it was advertised. I think I lost on the $3 Wild Number Bingo ticke
