Store-specific lottery ticket paper?
Today while getting a Powerball ticket at a Quick Trip, I asked why their fast-processing machine wasn't working yesterday. The clerk said it was because the machine ran out of paper, and they had to wait on the lottery service to deliver more paper that was specific for that store. What I found interesting is that the clerk said the paper was store specific. Maybe as fraud prevention in case someone figures out how to thermally print a fake ticket after a draw?

There is a pick 3 probability that around 66% of the three digit numbers will be drawn in in 1000 drawings. You might be on to something if you can find where less than 500 or more than 800 different straight numbers in 1000 drawings.
