Exactly. Do they really think that the state law enforcement officials have time to chase down people playing lotto online? Hardly. They are too busy trying to catch real criminals and violent offenders. They don't really have time or resources to assign many of their law enforcement people to stop their real work and work on something like this.....it's all political feel good legislation.

If its already illegal then people who already won and had money placed in their bank accounts could still be arrested in the future at some date.
