YP ... all I can find now is the press release from last August from the Lottery. I assumed it would always be the last day of the quarter. I don't know what they are doing with the dates ... maybe in the last month of every quarter the drawing could be any day ... from the 1st day to the last day. Overall payback is the percentage of the sales proceeds paid out in prizes. Alone, it can be deceiving depending on the payout table (ie. lots of large prizes with little in between), but should always be kept in mind when choosing games to play and sizes of wagers.
