the raffle odds are good compared to the larger lotteries because we never know when they will end and when they will have a winner but the raffle has a set drawing date and much better odds. i went to georgia a few weeks ago to get a ticket for their new raffle game and i have many tickets for the raffle in tennessee monday. i will head to kentucky to get some raffle tickets for their new raffle they are having. so i agree with you justx and todd the odds are good enough to take but at least on

Pennsylvania had a raffle on July 9th, 2016. Last year, the PA lottery announced it was going from two raffles per year to four. They held one last Fall, another at New Years 2016, and also on St Patrick's day. I've been watching the PA Lottery's website for an announcement of a Fall 2016 raffle, but so far nothing has been posted. Illinois IOUs and the Halloween Raffle
If Illinois pays the raffle winners and not those who have won more than $25K - now reduced to more than $600 things might get quite interesting. If they do pay raffle winners and justify by saying raffle winners out of what the raffle took in it will get even more interesting.
