Wouldn't it be great if the USA had an el Gordo jackpot raffle much like Spain does? Maybe Christmastime and independence day. I think it would bring people together. Imagine how much $$$ would wound up in USA el Gordo? And all the winners with there shares of the prize? And because it would be a federal raffle ...those states without a lottery could still play. Maybe sell the raffle at the post office in each town or city? Just saying. BTW thanks for the article Ms Kate

No, PA does not have a link for playing the raffle online, but when the game goes on sale it's possible they will. I'll keep an eye on it.
