I spoke to someone at the lottery office that said they are changing the way we get paid, instead of cash at a retailer Like Publix, Winn Dixie etc., it will be a debit card. I am not happy about that at all. She also said a new 30.00 ticket is coming out this year and in February a new 50.00 ticket. She also mentioned the raffle is coming back. I don't want a 500.00 debit card, I want the cash so we will see how this all shakes out.

That sucks but thanks for the heads up. I wonder if they might get rid of it since they have pick 5 or will add more numbers to the game. I wouldn't play 2x either if they do go the 2 drawing route. I don't know if I shared here or not but there will be a change to Mega Millions down the line. It will be $5 with changes to the starting jackpot and something about a raffle in each state each time the jackpot is won. Megaplier will be done with.

That could be Cape. I just noticed it's Florida 300x the cash not just 300x like the other current x games. I agree that there may be another 2nd chance promotion with that game down the line probably for the holidays as you mentioned lol. If the raffle is coming back I hope it's for new year's and not next year. I would also like a new For Life game but I don't think that will be until next year. I'm guessing the $100 ticket I heard about will be a part of that. So far I've only seen one $100 t

Hey Speeddmon, I'm thinking you're right - great $500 win on a $5 game!! Speaking of the WFL series I'm surprised the $20 version still hasn't been replaced...and I know what you mean about the raffle, not sure why the Lotto ended it as it always seemed to be popular.

Thanks, Cape. 75% is a little more in line with what I would expect. I'm still not playing scratchers, though. Working the draw games (JTP, F5) when I have some sort of edge... but, did I hear talk on this thread about a possible Raffle this year? Last one was fall 2016 - 2017. I'd definitely take a crack at that. I sometimes go into the yearly reports to see what's what. In recent years, scratch offs have have accounted for 75% of revenue. I was going to check what the percentage was way b
