I have an idea of why that is............the scratchoffs have higher top prizes especially the 5 dollar ones.........for example the 5 dollar ones used to be 50000 or 100000 now some are 200000 or 250000............which means there are fewer lower and middle tier prizes...........meaning if you buy a book you will be less likely to profit...............it revolves more around the grand prize. Two of the numbers discussed were 398 and 555. On the millionaire raffle two of the early bird winners were ticket numbers 96555 and 139398 one ending in 398 and the other 555. The thing about scratchers is if there's no big winners in the store where you bought them, you can't win big simply because there's nothing there to win, no matter how many you buy. With Fast Play, at least theoretically, any retailer or vending machine has an equal chance of printing out a big win.
