LOLOL. It's not so much the probability math thing he espouses, it's that he's convinced the lottery is cheating HIM, like he's special. That's just nuts. Two points to be made about that.... 1) Lotteries make money by selling tickets, and people winning jackpots spurs sales. If nobody ever won, people would stop playing. 2) Someone who is convinced the lottery is cheating him personally (and spying on him to boot), but still buys tickets isn't quite right in the head.
