Four drawings per day starting Sept. 9 By Todd Northrop In a few weeks, Texas Lottery players will have twice as many opportunities per day to play the Pick 3 and Pick 4 games. S.C. Lottery to pay 2 sets of winning numbers after mistake
The South Carolina lottery will pay for two separate sets of winning numbers for a Tuesday Pick 3 drawing after a graphic mistakenly listed the wrong numbers. Lottery officials said in a news release that the numbers 2-2-6 were picked for Tuesday's midday Pick 3 game. Pick 3 'triple' pays out record $2.88M to N.C. Lottery players
By Todd Northrop Triple digits paid off in a big way for North Carolina Pick 3 players in the Monday, Sept. 6 evening drawing. The 2-2-2 combination resulted in a record-setting prize payout of $2.88 million to more than 11,000 winning tickets. Tenn. Lottery uses other states' lotto numbers, headquarters flooded
The Tennessee Lottery closed its Nashville headquarters office Monday, due to flooding conditions. According to the lottery's Disaster Recover Plan, when the lottery is unable to draw its own numbers, it will substitute other states' winning numbers as its own. A new way to play the lottery in Arkansas debuted yesterday.
